Subjects This Semester II

Hey everyone! This week is a very crucial week for all UiTM's students. Everyone is busy preparing for the final examinations. My paper starts on the 30th of October and it is in 3 days time. To end our BEL 311 course, we were asked to talk about out subjects this semester part 2.

1. CTU 241

This is an Islamic subject which is a compulsory subject taken by all part 3 students. At first my lecturer was Ustaz Kamarulzaman but somehow after a months we were changed to attend Uztaz Nawawi's class. The difference between both lecturers are Ustaz Kamarulzaman is very straight in teaching where as Ustaz Nawawi is very flexible and also funny. Class with Ustaz Nawawi will always be fun and joyful. He will always make jokes and even make a fool out of himself. As for this subject there is only one test to be taken unlike other subjects which comes with 2 or 3 tests. Our test were done inside the classroom last two weeks by Ustaz himself. The questions were very hard but I managed to think outside the box be creative with my answers. What I think about this subject is that it is easy to score but all you have to do is memorize all the facts and understand it very well. Lastly, our final paper for this subject is on the 4th of November. So all the best to everyone who is taking this paper!

2. BAB 101

Well, this is one of my least favourite subject for this semester! I wanted to take Mandarin as my foreign language class but some seniors said it is very hard to score. So my friends and I decided to take Arab. My lecturer for this subject is the famous lecturer, Ustaz Syazali. He will always come into the class and tell stories about his past and what he has done to improve himself. Sometimes I do get sleepy but I guess he just love to talk! Where as for this subject, there is no final paper needed but to evaluate the students, they were asked to do a final project which is a 15 minutes Arabic movie. I was teamed up with Hasinah, Siti, Frankie and Evra. Our movie was about 'Birthday Celebration'! It took us two days to complete this project. Even though it was very tiring doing this project but it we did had a great time doing it. It is definitely one of the good times I enjoyed much in UiTM. I hope I can achieve good marks for this paper because I know we did work very hard for the project.

3. BEL 311

This is one of my favourite subject. I have loved English since playschool I think. English is a very important language to master. My lecturer for BEL 311 is Sir Izuan. He is a very strict person. He does not like people to come in to class late or hand in the work late. Overall, he is a nice person and all our activities that he has done for us has been very great! I think all of us enjoyed 'Show and Tell' and our little 'Raya Party'. So, this semester English does not really focus on grammar. BEL 311 is mostly about writing. This is everyone in my class is asked to blog about certain topics. This will definitely help to improve our writing skills. My favourite blog entry was 'Ten Facts You May Not Know'. For this subject there are three type of assessments, which are speaking test, blog entries and participation in class. But we still have our final paper for this subject which is my first final paper. I hope I'll get an A for this subject!

4. ECO 211

This is also one of my favourite subject for this semester. The lecturer for this subject, PM Abdullah is also one of my favourite lecturers. He is good at teaching all of us. He will explain every single thing. He will make us understand what is Macroeconomics very well! I scored bot of my tests for this subject. The first test I achieved 84% and I was the highest, where as for the second test I achieved 80%. I used to dislike Economics but since this semester I am liking it. I used to think it is very hard to understand and it seems very complicated to me. But I was totally wrong. I hope I will score this paper very well.

5. FIN 262

Somehow this is also one of my favourite subject this semester. FIN 262 stands for Fundamental of Finance which means the introduction to Finance. My lecturer for FIN 262 is En. Syam which is also a very good lecturer in UiTM Johor. He is very well known by everyone. Unfortunately, he quit teaching last month to further his PhD in America. But he did finish all our syllabus and taught us very well even though it was quick. En. Syam is also a very strict person. He does not like his students to talk while he is teaching or giving lectures. For this paper it consists of two tests. My first test I achieved 93% and for my second test I achieved 88%. I though this is one of the killer subjects! But I was again wrong, all I needed was to practice to understand the concept very well. So, I really do hope I'll get an A for FIN 262 because it require 4 credit hours.

6. QMT 216

This is somehow one of the subject that I don't really favour. A particular topic in this subject which is probability made me not to really like it. But whatever it is, I still have to face it. At first, my lecturer was Ms. Arfah but then after a month plus there were some new lecturers came in. So, my class was took over by a new lecturer, Sir Zaki. He is definitely the most strict lecturer I have ever met. Most of us are very afraid of him. Then, this subject is totally calculation and formulas. I am not really good at calculation. For this paper it consists of two tests. For my first test I achieved 74% and for second test I have not receive the marks. I really hope I'll try my very best to score this paper.

7. HKB 112

Lastly, my curriculum subject which is Drama level 1. My lecturer for this subject is En. Naza. He is a very flexible and a nice person. For this subject I am the 'class rep'. My friends and I helped to design t-shirts for this curriculum subject. En. Naza was pleased with our work. For Drama, there are few assessments required. We were asked to read scripts and act it out. It was interesting to see yourself acting. I did had fun acting. Then, for 'Hari Anugerah' last two weeks, I won the 'Siswi Terbaik Untuk Ko-Kurikulum Kebudayaan'. Unfortunately, I was not in campus on that time. So, Azlin took it for me. I hope I'll get good marks for this subject as it is my last semester taking curriculum subjects.

So, I guess that is it for this semester. I really do hope everyone had a good time reading all my entries. All the best for the finals and do take care. Bye bye!

What I Love Most About Hari Raya!

Hello readers, Hari Raya is coming very soon. Few days till my favourite part of the year. Hari Raya is celebrated by all Muslims every year in every part of the country. There are two types of Hari Raya which is Hari Raya Aidilfitri and Hari Raya Aidiladha. But today I am going to talk about what I love most about Hari Raya Aidilfitri which is Hari Raya Puasa!
After fasting for almost a month, the first day of the month of Syawal which is the first day of Raya is celebrated with great celebrations and happiness. In my opinion, what I love most about Raya is getting to spend quality time with my family and relatives. Everyone seems very busy and to us, Raya is one of those times where we can meet up and spend time together. I have a very big family. I am not only close to my first cousins but I am close to almost all my relatives.
Each year on the morning of Hari Raya, we will have breakfast together and later on we will pay a respect to my late grandfather who died 8 years ago. We will recite Surah Yassin and pray for him. After that, we will visit my great grandmother and the other relatives. I love this part because I get to see all my cousins, aunties and uncles.
On the second day of Hari Raya, all of us will visit the other relatives which is staying in other states such as Negeri Sembilan and Johor. Meanwhile, on other Raya weekends we will visit each other houses in Kuala Lumpur. All these visiting and seeing each other really means a lot to me as I am studying away in Johor. So, I do not really get to see my family that much. I can not wait for the next holiday because to me quality time with my family is priceless!

Childhood Memories of Ramadhan

Hello everyone, this week I am going to talk about my childhood memories of Ramadhan.
I was one of the little girls who was never easy to be trained to fast. During Ramadhan, all Muslims must fast from early morning until dawn. My parents taught me to fast since I was eight years old. However, when I was little I fast for just half a day until I was 11 years old.
Every single day, my mother will nag and nag asking me to try to fast for the whole day but I have always refused to do so. My mother would bribe me money or even things I love. The only reason I could not stand fasting for the whole day was because of milk. I drank milk until I was 12 years old. I do not mind if I do not eat or drink but milk was essential to me. My cousins and relatives would laugh at me for not fasting the whole day. But I still could not care less.
At last, when I was 11 years old I started to fast properly. My parents and my family were very proud of me. Until today, I am still laughing at myself for not trying to fast properly when I was little. I guess it was one of the good memories in my life. I hope all of you have one too. That is it for now. Bye!

My Favourite Tag Line

Hello readers, before I get started on telling all of you about this week's entry, I would like to wish all Muslims Happy Ramadhan! This week I am going to talk about my favourite tag line, which is:

Firstly, do not all of you think it is true, 'Nothing is impossible?' I certainly think it is very true because as we were growing up or even now that we are young adults, we still can not help but dream. We may dream of becoming a famous athlete, a celebrity, a singer and even a fashion designer. We dream of being the president of our very own company. We dream of having our very own family. We dream of traveling to exotic destinations.

Everyone has dreams, even I do. So, dreaming is but a normal activity in the lives of the people all over the world. After all, it is free to dream. But the thing is dreams should not remain only in our heads. They should become a reality, otherwise they continue to live at the back of our minds forever trapped in the midst of our thoughts. Even so, no matter how we perceive our dreams to be unreachable they are not at all impossible to achieve. It is different for different people. Others may experience passing through a smooth paved road as they move forward towards reaching their goals. On the other hand, the road to making our dreams into a reality may be quite a bumpy one, with frequent stops, missed exits and road blocks.

Of course, it is important to set realistic goals and plan you courses of action in reaching those goals. I have always believed that setting a time frame really helps. Do not pressure yourself too much and take every step of the journey with the will to survive. As long as we do our best in everything that we do, our goals are within our reach. As long as we believe in ourselves and have the will power, the courage and the strength to move on despite all the odds, we can become successful with our dreams.

To conlude this favourite tag line of mine, do dream and make it a reality because 'Nothing is impossible!'

My New Album

This week's entry is very interesting. Everyone is asked to talk about their new album. Firstly, let me give an introduction of this new album of mine. My album is called 'Endless Room'. Basically, this new album gives a new perception to life and myself. Yesterday was history, tomorrow is the future. This album is mostly things are going in and out of my life. I dedicate this album to all my loved ones, may everyone get what I am trying to say.
Album : Endless Room
Artist : Liyana Nazri

1. Hero

This song is about each one of us is our own heroes. We should not depend on others and we should be our own heroes. Each one of us should be proud of our capability rather than the people around us.

2. Love Kills

Everybody needs a little time to heal a broken heart. It is true love kills and it hurts badly. This song means that all you girls need to do is take your time and dry your eyes. There are other great things waiting for you out there. You just got to get up and realize it!

3. Kali Pertama

It reminds me when the first time I walked by is the first time he caught my eyes. I knew it was him for the rest of my life. It is a mixture of Malay and English lyrics. Kali pertama is a personal favourite of mine. It means a lot to me.

4. Sugarberry, 1988

It is a story about a little girl who loves to eat this lolly called 'Sugarberry'. She would do anything just to have the lolly. That was 21 years ago. The question is would she do the same thing to have her Sugar?

5. It Feels So Right

It is about you may think it is right, it is sweet but you have to go while it lasted. You have to play your cards right and do not wait for nobody. With a little charm and risk, you'll get there one day.

6. White Rose

This song is called 'White Rose' because it is my favourite flower ever. It is about, just picture yourself as a rose and your thorns that you have grown are for your defense in life. You just need to give yourself a chance to grow and you will surely glow.

7. Choices

This song is about giving in for the battle between him and her. They were never born to give a choice on which path to take. It is all fated for them.

8. Cream

Cream is a song about cream which is a food that girls would love during heartbreaks. Anything that has to do with cream is the answer to all questions to every heartbreak.

9. I Am Giving You Too Much

This is a song about when you try your best to give everything yet in the end you get nothing.

10. Last All Night

This song basically reminds me of not finding love tonight but just to have a good time. It is definitely for all my loved ones who have been through a lot with me. Thus, I'll make this time last all night.

Lastly, thank you to everyone for lending me your ears. Thank you for all the love and the support. Cheers!

Ten Facts You May Not Know

Hello hello! Starting this week, the theme for our entries is Celebrity! Therefore, this week we are asked to talk about ten facts about ourselves. So, here goes ten facts about Liyana bt Nazri.

1. I am a year younger than everyone in my batch.
This is so true! You may not believe it but I am a year younger than all of you. Well, my parents enrolled me into Standard 1 when I was only six years old. This is because I started going to kindergarten when I was three. Usually kids start kindergarten at the age of four. So, three years of kindergarten was definitely boring for me. This is why I started Standard 1 early plus I was in a private school. There is no certain age required to start primary school at a private school.

2. I used to be the only child for 16 years.
I have always wanted a little brother or a little sister. I kept on asking my mother for one and the only thing my mother could reply was, "Do you think it's easy to make one? Babies are not toys!" So, one evening while my parents and I were having our scrumptious 'roti canai', my father asked me, "Nana, is it alright if you're no longer the only child?" When I heard that I screamed and smiled! I knew my mother was pregnant, I was fifteen at that moment. I have never been that happy. At last, after all these years. I am no longer lonely. I am no longer the weird girl without a sibling. So, on 26th February 2007 at 3.01pm my mother gave birth to a chubby little boy named Johan bin Nazri. I could not be at the hospital during the labour, I was in school. After school ended, I rushed to the hospital and the first thing I did was I kissed my mother. I was so happy that I cried. So, it is true what people say, miracles do happen! You just have to wait for it.

3. I have always wanted to be Cinderella.
"Cinderella! Cinderella!" shouted the ugly step sister. Those words were my favourite line when I was a little girl. I used to asked my mother to play the role of the step sister. I used to think myself being Cinderella, being happy in my own world, at last I would marry the handsome prince and live happily every after. I bet every single one of you, used to have your childhood fantasies. Cinderella was definitely my favourite one. Especially the glass slippers! If only, I had one. That's what I thought when I was little. But today, fantasies do come true, if only you work hard for it.

4. I can not wait to be a Mummy!
Firstly, do not get me wrong. I just love babies! I think babies are the only creatures that you can never say no to. It does not matter whether the baby is white or black. Babies are world's greatest creatures ever created. I can not wait to have my own one day. I wish I could have a team of football players or a row of ballerina dancers. Unfortunately, I do not get it why some of them are throwing babies at toilets, public places and even in rubbish bins. There a lot of others who can not conceive, you should be lucky you can.

5. I hate rats.
Rattus or rats are creatures I will always say no to. Even if its a metre away from me, even if its in the next room, I'd still get all jumpy. I can never believe why some people in Asian countries eat rats. Rats are the most filthy and hideous looking animals. One day, when I was on a holiday in Bali, we were in this exotic restaurant and the sign on the door said it was pork-free. Back then in the 90's, searching for a 'halal' restaurant in Bali was not easy, the only choice left was pork-free. At the restaurant, after the waiter took our orders. Suddenly, came another waiter bringing a big silver bowl to a table full of Chinese. My mum said she heard something was squeaking, when my dad turned back to the table full of Chinese, it was unbelievable! The big silver bowl was full of baby rats! Right after that, my whole family left the restaurant and promised if we had to eat bread or even instant noodles for a week, we would!

6. Unexpected music genre of mine.
You may think I am the girl who only listens to Justin Timberlake, Mariah Carey or even Pitbull. You are definitely wrong. I love listening to Deep Purple, The Ramones, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, The Strokes, Muse, The Kooks, The Rolling Stones, Santana, Joan Jett and of course The Beatles. Some of my favourite songs are like My Sharona, Smoke On The Water and Juicebox.

7. I prefer to talk to animals, because they don't judge.
Its true animals don't judge but people do. As for the old saying, 'Don't judge a book by it's cover!' Judging people was never appropriate. Unless, judging is done properly. Careful as in do it humbly and make sure you are not guilty of the same action you are judging. In other words, don't throw stones from glass houses. Unfortunately judging has been a part of racism nowadays. Racism is a sickness. This is why I prefer animals better than humans. Animals don't mind whether you're white or black, tall or short, thin or fat, sane or insane. Animals don't brand the nature but humans do.

8. I write poems.
I may not be the most romantic or sophisticated girl you ever met but I do write poems. Some may express what they feel through songs, lyrics or stories. But in my case, I sometimes say it through poems. It does not matter whether I am sad, happy or even neutral. Here is one of the poems I wrote.

I'm Addicted

You are like one drop of wine

Like one tick of a watch

You are the sun going up

The moon in the twilight

I can never have just one sip of you

For I am addicted I could never taste the sweet nectar

and never savor your loves flavor

You are addictive

Your voice mesmerizes and remains in my mind

Your smile is brighter than an early morning sun

Don’t let me sip

I’m Addicted

9. I am always hungry.
I don't get it why people never have time to eat. Food is one of god's greatest invention! I have a big appetite. I do not eat a lot per meal but I am always hungry. I love exotic foods like Indian food. It does not matter whether it is a fine dining restaurant or 'mamak' stall. I can eat anything anytime any day.

10. I can't believe I am still surviving in Segamat until today.
Segamat was never in my list of choice to further my studies after high school. I've always thought my parents would let me study anywhere near home. Somehow, I received a letter from UiTM that I was offered a course in UiTM Segamat. At that moment I have not applied any college in Kuala Lumpur. So, my parents decided to send me here just to see how will I do. I was never in a boarding school, I never went for a school camp, I was never away from home. Try to imagine a girl like me surviving in Segamat! The whole family was terrified when my parents told them the news. I knew no one had the faith in me apart from my parents. So I told myself I was going to prove them wrong. Alhamdulillah, I am still breathing happily untill this second, I am getting good grades so far and I have not done anything stupid. I guess a change was never bad after all.

Subjects This Semester

Hello readers! Honestly, I am pretty lazy to do anything this semester break. I just want to stay at home, watch tv and eat! That would be the perfect break for us university students. Unfortunately, I still have one task due this week which is my fourth entry for BEL311, subjects I am taking this semester. Well, altogether there are seven subjects I am taking this semester, which are CTU241, BAB101, BEL311, ECO211, FIN262, QMT216 and HKB112. So this week I would like to brief everyone on these seven subjects I am currently taking.

Firstly, CTU241 which stands for 'Asas Ekonomi Islam'. This is an Islamic related subject which require 2 credit hours. The syllabuses in this subject are related to Islamic's economy since ages ago until now. Islamic economic differs from conventional's economy is many ways. Islamic's first rule of economy is based on Al-Quran and An-Sunnah. The lecturer for this subject is Ustaz Nawawi. Well, he is very funny and he is not strict at all. He is simply an easy going person.

Secondly, the foreign language class which is BAB101. Surprisingly, I am taking Arab instead of Mandarin! I think Arab is a unique language and Mandarin is very common these days. At first I wanted to take Mandarin but too think of it, bit by bit the world has been injected with Islamic views lately. This is good for me to communicate with the world in the future. Plus, it is an advantage if I work in Arab countries. My lecturer for Arab is Ustaz Syazali Effendi. He does not teach that much but he loves to talk about his experience when he was young.

Thirdly, BEL311 which stands for is my third semester taking English in UiTM. This semester is different from the other two semesters because BEL311 focuses on writing. This is because at the end of the semester most of our carry marks are base on a mini research called 'term paper'. So, my partner and I chose to do research on 'How To Manage Your Finance Since Young'. Some of the materials that we used are like books called 'Rich Dad Smart Dad' and 'The Millionaire Mind'. Well, my lecturer for BEL311 is Mr. Izuan Ismail. In class, he will always remind us on the importance of writing well in English.

Fourthly, ECO211 which stands for Macroeconomics. This subject only require three credit hours and it is a subject totally all about economics of the world but Macroeconomics is more to studying the aggregate behaviour of the entire economy. Whereas, Microeconomics studies individual economic units in detail. To master Macroeconomics, you have to understand what Microeconomics is all about.

Fifthly, FIN262 which stands for Fundamentals of Finance. This subject require four credit hour and this makes it my hardest subject this semester. FIN262 is a subject that combines theory and calculation which makes it a mixture of Accounts and Economics subjects. At first, I thought it was a really hard subject but after awhile it only takes focus and a lot of exercises to master it. I hope I'll get an A for this subject!

Sixthly, QMT216 which stands for Introduction to Statistics. This subject require three credit hour and this is totally a calculation subject. Statistic is one part of the subject, Mathematics. To score this paper, I need to do a lot of exercises and never forget the formulas. This is my second Mathematics subject for my course. The lecturer, Miss Arfah is a new lecturer in UiTM Segamat. This is her second semester teaching here.

Lastly, HKB112 which stands for Drama which is my last co-curriculum subject. Last semester I took Public Speaking and I did well for it. I chose Drama because I have an experience in traditional dance. Plus, Drama does not involve any sport or outdoor activities, it is more to indoor activities. My lecturer for this subject is En.Naza, who used to be an assistant director of short dramas in Kuala Lumpur. He is a young lecturer who is funny and a laid back person. So I guess, that is it for tonight. Goodbye!

Life Being A Senior

Hello precious readers, I hope all of you have enjoyed reading my previous posts. Just so everyone knows, the whole UiTM is having our advance mid semester break due to the latest unstoppable virus, H1N1. This virus has been spreading all over the world and it can cause death. So to everyone do take care of yourselves. Well, even we are on our break, I still have few tasks to do.

First of, this week I am going to tell you how does it feel being a senior in college! Honestly, I do not feel myself as a senior. This is because I am 18 this year and my age is the same as the freshies this semester. When I was in Part 1, there were only two juniors in my wing. At first, I was terrified but after two or three weeks, things went normal. So when I was a junior back then, all the juniors were encouraged to smile at every single person we bump into. It is a must to all juniors!

Somehow, when I am a senior now, I do not think seniority in college is necessary. It will only lead to unwanted social problems such as bully, chaos and fights especially among boys. Being a senior in this semester does not really feels that much different compared to previous semesters. To me, it does not matter whether I am a senior or a junior. The most important thing is we have to respect each other and treat everyone equally.

Well, seniority means respecting the elders. But this term has been misused by seniors in college. They tend to use the seniority power to take control of issues or decisions and even some use it for their own good. With this seniority power also, some seniors create uncertified rules and some of them even group the juniors into cliques. This is why I never think myself as a senior and even if I do, I will not take it for granted.

I guess this is it for this week, have a good holiday everyone :)

The Roommate

Hello readers, after an introduction of myself, today I would like to talk about someone whom I take as family in college. Well, this semester is my second year in UiTM and every semester our rooms in college are reshuffled according to our GPA, so this involves change of roommates too. Before introducing my roommate, I would like to brief you little bit about my college, Sempana Alam Buana (SAB). My college is divided into two sectors which are Block C and Block D. Block C is filled with rooms for two people. Whereas, Block D is filled with rooms for four people. Thus, I am lucky this semester because I am located in Block C. My room 118C is located at the first floor on the left. It is very near to the residential staff's house.

I hope everyone gets a clear picture of where I am staying in college. Next, let me introduce all of you to my roommate. Her name is Syafiqa bt Mohamed Hanafi and she is a senior. Her nickname is Ika. She is in Part 5 doing Investment Analysis. Ika was born on 16th of July 1989 in Kuala Lumpur and that makes her 20 this year. Then, to describe her is not that hard at all. Ika is short and chubby. She is also a girk who wears 'tudung' and spectacles. Next, she comes from a medium size family. She has 3 siblings and she is the eldest. This is why I look up to her as my big sister since I don't have one. Ika's favourite food is ice cream and she loves to drink Nescafe. If in a day, she doesn't get to drink it, she will not feel content. She is definitely a Nescafe addict.

Let's get to the part of when I started to know Ika. She is a friend of mine. We met last semester through our friend, Nawal. So when I got to know Ika was going to be my roommate, I was super excited! At least my roommate is someone that I have known before because it is not easy to stay with someone that you just met. So on the day when Ika came back to Segamat, when she arrived she was screaming when she knew I was her roommate. As usual, when Ika is back, it will be loud! Just so everyone know, she is one bubbly and loud girl. She will always have something to say. It would be a miracle is my room is all quiet.

I guess that is it for now. I hope you'll enjoy my entry this time!

About Me

Hello readers, this is officially my first post. So lets get to know a little bit of me. My name is Liyana Nazri. I was born in Kuala Lumpur on 20th February 1991 and that makes me 18 years old this year which is a year younger than the others in my batch. This is because my parents enrolled me into standard 1 when I was six years old. My zodiac sign is Pisces. Some say people who are born with this sign are natural lovers, mystical and artistic.

So lets move on, I love to eat Malaysian food! I think it is because Malaysian food has a lot of exotic flavours and it comes in different textures, types and tastes! Some of my favourites are like 'cendol', 'asam pedas' and 'roti canai'. Next my favourite tv shows are CSI and The Nanny. CSI is a good tv show because the show itself makes us think while wacthing it. Whereas, The Nanny is a family comedy show which I have been watching since I was five. Next on the list comes my favourite thing to do which is dancing. I started to dance classes since I was eight. Some of the dances that I'm pretty good at are like Gamelan, Balinese and Classical Malay Court dance. Then, my favourite actress is every guy's dream girl who is Angelina Jolie. I adore her because she is very edgy and ferocious. My favourite movie would be Pretty Woman acted by Julia Roberts and Richard Gere. It is one of the best love movie ever acted by both of them.

That is me on the left dancing Gamelan .

Currently, I am studying in UiTM Segamat, Johor. I am a Banking student and I just started my second year last week. Segamat is a nice place to study because it is definitely far from the hectic life of the city. When I came here at first, I was not sure whether I will be able to survive in Segamat but so far after a year has passed it is not that bad. I told myself a change sometimes can make you a better person. The place, surrounding and situation doesn't matter if you want to succeed. It is yourself what matters most. That is why the important thing is, what you can make out of you.

Lastly, let's get to know my family members. My father's name is Nazri bin Othman and he is 48 years old. My mother's name is Mariamah bt Abu Hassan and she is 43 years old. Both my parents are bankers. My father works as a Consumer Head for the UOB's credit card centre. Whereas, my mother works as an auditor in RHB. My father is a very workaholic but my mother is not. Then, I am the eldest in the family and I have one little brother named Johan bin Nazri. He is two years old this year. The gap between the both of us shocks everyone, its around 16 years of gap. My brother is a very extraordinary little boy, even he is only two but he doesn't act and think like one. He's simply unpredictable.

Dearest father and mother.

The little brother, Johan.
